Once you eat such kinds of foods, this will accelerate the production of sebum in your skin. This again will block your pores that might lead to the development of pimples. The recommended foods for you to eat are those fresh fruits as well as vegetables. This is because of the fact that these kinds of foods have minimal content of fats and cholesterol. There are even some fruits and vegetables with no amount of fat and cholesterol.

Exercise also serves as a nice way to get rid of your pimple. When you exercise, your pores are so active. This means that they secrete too much sweat including the dirt, sebum and other particles in your pores. Therefore, these things will be eliminated out of your skin and might not cause development of pimples in the long run. However, when you are done in exercising, see to it that you take a bath. This is to ensure that the sweat secreted along with it's the particles included will not settle back to your pores.
